I was looking for the same recipe that Samdy was searching. I finally found it, but Dave had changed the name of the chicken. He now calls it Chicken a la Polly Kohen and it came in his 4th season under “Grandma’s Visit”. Hope that helps!

hey Dave, I caught the tail end of one of your shows and loved everything that you made. I would love to make this meal. The show was southern comfort. BBQ pork, beans etc. Could not get the recipes off this website. Are they all in your cookbook? If so, I will just run down to the bookstore and purchase it. Thanks for your time. Also, this is the first time I have seen you and your show. DELIGHTFUL!!
