The Air Force has stationed our family now, and you are making me hungry for some restaurant food! My family personally went to IHOP quite often. It is especially nice when moving with the military, because you can get breakfast food that isn’t cold cereal out of a plastic bowl! About the 10% military discount, the IHOP chains are switching to only giving the discount to the Active Duty members! I never understood this, because the military pay is paying for the entire family to eat, not just his plate. And military spouses and children really do “serve” too. But just a Cheap Eats warning!

Personally, I really like IHOP, but they really rip people off! I ordered a steak,hashbrowns,eggs, and pancakes for 16 dollars. Loaded it with eggs, alot of hashbrowns, little pancakes, and a tiny thing of steak. That would only cost me 4 dollars to buy from the store!!! Even healthier too

Beverages (whether they are alcoholic or not) are the profit center for any restaurant. That’s why, when fast-food places order a buy one-get one free deal, a drink purchase is usually required to get the “free” thing. Bear in mind: that soda you bought at BK or MD’s or any other restaurant only costs the house about 3 cents. You can do the math, but where I live even a small soft drink is never under a buck. That’s monster profit.

For free lemonaid just order water with your meal, and ask for about 5 or 6 lemon slices. The sugar is usually right there on the table; about 10 to 14 packets will do it or one “sweet and low”.
I do it all the time at chinese and other restaurants. It tastes much better than the industrial strength lemon crap they serve. I don’t think anyone will ever mass produce genuine tasting lemonaid except if you do it yourself.

I really like IHOP pancakes, this deal is wonderful, you get the eggs, hash browns, sausage and as many pancakes as you can possibly eat!!!! take advantage of it, go with an appetite and order the $5.99 breakfast you won’t need the other two larger ones, you get plenty of food!!!
