When you’ve got the beads on, take a chain nose plier and grasp the end of the earring hoop firmly.

Now bend the end of the earring hoop upwards so that you make a little piece sticking up at approximately a 90 degree angle. Don’t bend it over too much, or you won’t be able to get it into the eyelet. Event though it doesn’t seem like it, the angled piece of wire sticking up acts as a stopper to prevent any beads from slipping off. Make sure that the stopper piece is tall enough so that your smallest bead will not slip off.
