I sat here for a few minutes trying to come up with a catchy name for this recipe. Bing Cherries taste great, but their juice is a bit powerful which is the reason you want to add the carrots and so much mineral water to the whole thing. Make sure you pit the cherries before juicing! Most juicers will not be able to handle the pits.

Ingredients:

30 Bing Cherries, pits removed
3 medium carrots
1 orange, peeled but pith ok
10 ounces bottled mineral water

Directions:

Juice up the carrots first, and save the pulp for Carrot Cake or whatever you’d like. Then juice the cherries and as said before, you can use the pulp from that for dessert toppings if you’d like. Juice the orange next… the pith is ok to leave in but it’s a good idea to have it peeled and cut into sections.

Then stir all three juices together and pour in mineral water to taste. Instant Bing Bling!

Makes about 2 cups of juice.
