This juice combo might remind you fondly of Carrot Cake, especially if you add the right spices. There are probably a bunch you can add, but cinnamon and cardamom are probaby two of the most common.
Ingredients:
4 large carrots
1/4 pineapple, cut into spears, no skin
1 apple
carrot cake spices (cardamom, cinnamon)
Juice the pineapple first. It’s probably helpful to make sure to skin it and cut it into longer spears as opposed to disks. Juice the carrots next, and then the apple. You can save the resulting pulp to add to or enliven fruit sauces. Stir the juice together in a glass and sprinkle the Carrot Cake spices on the top.
Makes about 2 cups of juice.
