This interesting exotic juice combo can also be made with champagne if a little of the “good stuff” is desired. When pouring anything carbonated into the fruit juice, make sure to go slowly because the drink will definitely foam up quite a bit.
Ingredients:
1 Mango
2 Kiwis (skin on)
1 Carrot
5 oz sparkling mineral water
Directions:
Slice the mango in half over a bowl. Make sure not to get all the juice that may run out. Twist it to get the pit out, then use a knife to cut off any mango still left on the pit. Scoop out the mango from the skins, cut into slices and add to your juicer.
Add the kiwis and carrot into the juicer and blend it into the consistency of a milkshake. Reserve the pulp for other uses (can be frozen). Pour juice mixture into a glass and add mineral water.
Makes 1.5 - 2 cups juice
