You may find it helpful to cut up the melon fruit into “spears” instead of chunks if its easier. Also, removing the skins from the apricots may be helpful in juicing them. Many juicers have trouble with processing the skins.

Ingredients:

1/8 of a medium Watermelon (w/o skin, cut up)
1/4 of a Cantaloupe (w/o skin, cut up)
1/4 of a Crenshaw Melon (w/o skin, cut up)
Dozen or so Strawberries (remove stems)
2 apricots (pitted)

Directions:

Juice the apricots and strawberries first. You can save the pulp from the fruit for later use. Next juice the melons. Mix the melon juice and the strawberry-apricot juice together and pour the whole thing over ice.

This tasty combination of juice is a good source of a whole range of vitamins and minerals including Beta-carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Potassium.

Makes 2-2.5 cups juice
