Starting off the new year with a simple one - just pineapples and pears:
Ingredients:
4 pineapple spears
1 pear (medium, skin ok)
Directions:
Pears have softer skin so it’s usually ok to leave it on - although you can peel it if you like to make it easier on the juicer. Would remove the stem though. Pineapple should definitely be skinned to make things easier. Cut it lengthwise instead of in chunks - they call these “spears” of pineapple.
Juice the pineapple first, then do the pear. Both pulps can be saved for different uses later on. Stir juices together and that’s all.
Makes about 1 cup or so of juice

This sounds delicious. Must try it. I never peel pineapple. I just slice it and its fine. No waste that way.
