Well, some people might think the last ingredient in this juicing recipe is the actual Wake-Up call. Those pepperoncinis can be spicy! But the other ingredients can provide a great pick me up as well. This recipe has a ton of great ingredients in it and can be easily modified if one or two are missing.
Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 sweet apple
1/2 of a cucumber, skin removed if desired
1/2 bell pepper
1 celery stalk
1 zucchini
1 tomato
2 pepperoncinis
You can juice all of the above in any order you like, but it’s probably best to try alternate harder and softer produce if you can. In addition, you might want to try and keep friendly veggies and fruits together so that you can take out the pulp and save it. If you’re not interested in saving the pulp, it doesn’t matter.
Juice everything and then stir it up thoroughly. You may want to add more pepperoncinis for more kick, or reduce the amount to just 1 for less.
Makes about 2 cups of juice.
