I have been a fan of the handcrafted items at the Blissen site for awhile. Jill Bliss brings together the work of a collective of artists and crafters which include cool limited edition artwork and paper goods, jewelry, wallets and other accessories. The emphasis is often on recyled paper and fabric which is a kind of nice idea.
Some info from their site:
Blissen.com came to be in may 2001, and from the get-go was small scale-minded and reused-material crazy. conceived as a fun project, blissen was originally a webspace for jill bliss to sell self-made illustration books and small objects from left-over materials. enthusiasm for originality, clever reuse, making things, collaboration, experimentation, and the d.i.y. spirit led to a small growth spurt at blissen a year later.
One of my favorite styles of cards and paper arts that Blissen carries are the undersea themes. There is a cool undersea calender and a make-your-own mobile kit (both printed with soy-based inks on recycled cardstock).

Pictured here is one of the Underseas Cards called Scenic Dive each of which is hand assembled and sewn from postcards from another project. The line artwork is cute, but not overly cutesy or cluttered. I like oceanic themes and this is really nice. The cards are 4.5 inches by 6 inches.
Another cool item are these fabric Paper Pad Cozies by Jill Bliss and Kati from Doe. This cool cozy has 5 pockets for writing utensils and another pocket to hold your writing. It comes in 4 different styles: Pink N Red flowers, Wool Stripes, Orange n Yellow Flowers, and Blue Garden Flowers (the first 3 are sold out!).
These are a limited edition of only 5 each and measure 5 inches by 8 inches, with a recycled paper pad inside of it. The cozy comes with a ribbon so you can tie it up as well. I like the bright colors on these!
