iconSeeing as how we’re now into the month of February, the next few entries in The Paper Arts are going to be all about Valentine’s Day!

To start off with, do you remember (if you’re old enough) those goofy old-school Valentines that you used to exchange with classmates and special sweethearts in grade school? I saw these “Retro Valentine” cards over at fredflare the other day. The ones I’ve shown here are actually “space”-themed ones. These are reproductions of valentine cards from the 1950s and not the actual cards from back then. Still, they are pretty fun and may remind you of those uncomfortable moments when you wanted to hand someone a valentine in class but didn’t have the nerve to do it!

These retro valentines measure 3.5 to 6 inches in length, and they also have more classic style ones on the site if you don’t want the space-themed ones.
