Square Six Braille Cards • 7/11/06
I dropped by the Felt Club outdoor mini craft show the other day in Hollywood to take a look and see if there were any new cards to be had. Found these rather interesting Braille Felt Cards which come from Square Six, a very nice idea that highlights the plight of blind people around the world.
This card (plus envelope) actually spells out the word “howdy” in braille using lime green felt dots on white textured paper. Though I don’t know any blind people personally, I can symphathize with those who can’t see the world around them. This braille card would be a really nice way to say hello if you know someone who is blind, and at the same time support local indie crafters.
