All things cute, all things sassy, all things twee

I am a big fan of maryjane shoes and am always on a search for THE perfect pair. It has to be chic and sweet, but not TOO cute or childish. I have to say that these Sandra maryjanes from John Fluevog come pretty close. It is just the right height, made with quality material, and includes lovely details such as topstitching, great use of contrasting colors and a silver buckle. And with such a funky design and rich, gorgeous shades of orange, these are definitely not your average, boring goodie two shoes.

I am a big fan of Stila Cosmetics, not only because of the nice packaging but also because of their great products. One product I cannot live without is the Stila Lip Rouge. It adds just a tint of natural color and glow to your lips without making it feel heavy or dry, with no flaking or caking. If you work in an office like I do, you must know how difficult it is to find business-casual shoes that are cute. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon these adorable Kecia slides by John Fluevog at Zappos.com. The black leather uppers have cream-colored trim, contrasting topstitching and a sweet little bow on the side. I can wear them with a pair of trousers or pencil skirt for work, and on the weekends, wear them with a pair of funky stripey tights. Check out the cool design of the rubber sole, too. It’s cute, stylish, comfortable, and definitely not your everyday boring office shoes.
