Okay, this is sort of bordering on too girly and almost a bit chabby chic, but aren’t these Penny loves Kenny peep-toe Flats the sweetest you’ve ever seen?! I guess it’s the anticipation of warm weather that’s giving me a little spring fever, but I just love the mint green upper with the tiny bow, tiny scallop trim and tiny delicate daisy cutouts! I would totally wear these with some cute jeans, frilly top and some dangly earrings.

These also come in yellow, light pink and ivory. Spring will definitely be in your steps if you’re wearing these.

Oh.My.Gawd. I literally *gasped* when I visited one of my favorite online stores and saw these Rock Paper Trainers today. Retro Converse-style trainers with durable canvas printed with bright red dots on an even brighter orange background. On top of that, I almost fell out of my chair when I found out these were made by Marimekko, the world-famous design house in Finland. Eeeeeeeee, how much more perfect can a pair of shoes get?! And hey, it happens to match Twee!

If I get my hands on these, I don’t know if I’d actually wear them because they’re such beautiful little works of art. I should really buy two pairs.

How adorable are these Twins flats by Camper? This is the concept behind Camper Twins line: “Twins are asymmetrical, complimentary, each unique with its own personality, yet together they create a special harmony. Twins are a true compliment for those of you who defy the rules.” I couldn’t agree more!

The black leather upper and lining looks super-comfortable, with a rubber outsole for comfort and durability. With a 1 3/4″ heel, I bet I can wear these all day without having achy feet. Camper shoes are well-known for their quality and design - I love how these shoes look the same upon first glance, but if you look again, the pattern is really random, just like confetti fell on your shoes and sole!

These Eleanor Owl Print Skimmers by Keds have got to be the cutest skimmers I’ve seen this summer. A collaboration with illustrator Eleanor Grosch, these Keds skimmers feature canvas uppers printed in Grosch’s distinct design - stylized graphics, bold, earthy colors and whimsical critters. Eleanor Grosch has done some amazing posters for indie rock bands such as Death Cab for Cutie, Sleater-Kinney, Wilco, and Iron & Wine.

There is also a seahorse print as well as a llama print, but the owls - gotta have the owls. They’re by far the cutest of the three. These shoes will be limited edition, so get them before they’re gone!

Spring is here, and there’s nothing more cheerful than blooming daisies! These ankle strap open toe wedges - Marc by Marc Jacobs are fresh and feminine, perfect for a warm sunny day. I love the bright yellow upper and the floral ornaments - the wedge is just the right height and not too overwhelming. A great way to show off those freshly manicured toes, too!

Okay. It’s about time we made a post about Marc Jacobs shoes here at Twee. We just adore them! The sweet designs, the bright colors… some would say MJ shoes are nearly perfect except for a small drawback - the price. Not so, say the Twee girl, if you can find them on sale. These Velvet Ballet Flats start at $159.99. Soft velvet upper, with a rounded toe, with a cute little grosgrain ribbon bow in a contrasting color (it comes in three different colors, but we have a fondness for orange here). For your comfort, the shoes are lined with smooth, cushioned leather, with a flexible outsole and rubber traction pads. These adorable flats will add just the right amount of twee to any blah day.

I remember Keds being plain white canvas shoes with a little blue tab at the back of the heel - super comfortable, but a little lacking in style. Imagine my surprise when I was flipping through an issue of Star during a salon visit and saw Mischa Barton wearing these - Knack Floral Skimmers by Keds. Inspired by vintage Keds from the 1940’s and 1950’s and redesigned for today, these skimmers are super stylish and cute, not to mention the fact I can be as stylish as Mischa Barton. The hardest part would be deciding which color is your favorite. I wish I could get all three!

I love classy styles with a little twist, and these Dot Skimmers by BC Footwear are just so perfect. It has a nice round toe, sweet little scallped edges, contrasting topstitching, a little accenting bow, and polka dots in complimentary colors. Now who can resist polka dots!

The Dot Skimmers come in three colors: fuschia for those who love bright colors, black for the mod-style girls, and praline for the classy look (pictured). They will definitely add a little bit of twee to a pair of jeans or a vintage a-line skirt.

I am a big fan of maryjane shoes and am always on a search for THE perfect pair. It has to be chic and sweet, but not TOO cute or childish. I have to say that these Sandra maryjanes from John Fluevog come pretty close. It is just the right height, made with quality material, and includes lovely details such as topstitching, great use of contrasting colors and a silver buckle. And with such a funky design and rich, gorgeous shades of orange, these are definitely not your average, boring goodie two shoes.

If you work in an office like I do, you must know how difficult it is to find business-casual shoes that are cute. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon these adorable Kecia slides by John Fluevog at Zappos.com. The black leather uppers have cream-colored trim, contrasting topstitching and a sweet little bow on the side. I can wear them with a pair of trousers or pencil skirt for work, and on the weekends, wear them with a pair of funky stripey tights. Check out the cool design of the rubber sole, too. It’s cute, stylish, comfortable, and definitely not your everyday boring office shoes.
